30A Window Washing

Driveways, decks, and walkways

Pressure washing on 30A.

Driveways, pool decks, walkways and stairs cleaned of the sand, mildew and grime that build up fast in coastal humidity.

The hard surfaces around a 30A house take a beating. Sand gets tracked across every walkway and stair, and in this humidity mildew and algae spread across shaded pavers and pool decks quickly. A pool deck that's gone green and slick is the first thing a rental guest notices.

We wash driveways, walkways, pool decks and pavers, patios, exterior stairs, and wood decks and boardwalks. Each surface gets the pressure it can take. Concrete can take a firm clean. Wood, painted surfaces and pavers get lower pressure, because too much can raise wood grain, lift paint or blow the sand out of paver joints.

Some stains don't come all the way out. Old rust and deep leaf stains often lighten a lot without disappearing, and we'll say so up front instead of pushing harder than the surface can take. Mention the areas you care about most when you request a quote.

How it works

  1. 01

    Walk the surfaces

We note the materials and check for loose boards, cracked pavers or peeling paint before any water goes on.

  2. 02

    Match pressure to the surface

Firmer on concrete, lower on wood, paint and pavers.

  3. 03

    Wash and rinse

Working so dirty water runs off instead of onto areas already cleaned.

  4. 04

    Look it over

We check the surfaces before leaving and touch up anything missed.

Common questions

How often should a driveway or pool deck be washed?
Once or twice a year suits many homes. Shaded areas and busy rentals usually need it more, since mildew comes back fast here.
Will pressure washing damage my wood deck?
Too much pressure can roughen wood, so wood gets a lower setting. If boards are already soft or splintering, we'll point it out before starting.
Will it wash the sand out of my paver joints?
High pressure aimed at the joints can, which is why pavers get a gentler approach. Older pavers with low joints can still lose some.
Do you pressure wash windows?
No. Pressure can damage window seals. Glass is cleaned separately with exterior window cleaning.
