WaterSound is a group of St. Joe Company neighborhoods rather than one town. WaterSound Beach sits on the Gulf east of Deer Lake State Park, next to Camp Creek Lake. WaterSound Origins is a newer, larger neighborhood to the north toward US-98, where houses are still going up.

Newer houses here have large fixed panes and long runs of sliding doors. Big glass hides nothing. A light salt haze or a few sprinkler spots you'd never see on a small window show across a whole sheet of glass when the sun is low.

In Origins, the lot being built on down the street puts dust on finished houses. Don't wipe it off dry, because the grit can scratch. It needs to be rinsed off, which is how we clean outside glass anyway. Parts of WaterSound are gated, so send gate instructions with your quote request if yours is.
